The Role of PM SHRI Schools in Advancing NEP 2025 Goals

Education Serves a progressive lead role towards the nation’s success, India is undergoing perfection where we are not only the focus on the overall GDP but also the National Education policy, where we are increasing the focus on the quality of the education our government provides to the schools. The role of the PM Shri schools is also advancing under this process, where they are taking complete care of the students from rural areas and the areas where education has to be served to every single child of the nation. In such a manner our young learners can also get motivation to achieve a successful life in the specific domain.  This NEP is followed in rural & urban cities where schools have less budget to educate the students properly by collaboration with the NGOs or the STEM INNOVATION COMPANY. These organizations provide resources to our PM Shri schools several kits like the PM Shri TLM Kit, PM Shri Math Kit, and other AI & Robotics kits for our young learners. This NEP 2025 not only helps the students or school but also builds the strong future pillar of our nation, as how knows when we will find our new scientists like APJ Abdul Kalam Sir, Space Astronauts like Kalpana Chawala Mam, and many more examples on whom our nation proud a lot.

STEMROBO plays a vital role in empowering young learners at PM Shri schools by providing essential educational resources and innovative learning kits. These include the PM Shri TLM Kit, PM Shri Math Kit, and advanced AI & Robotics kits, designed to enhance hands-on learning and foster creativity in students. By integrating these kits into the curriculum, Stemrobo helps bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, equipping students with essential STEM skills for the future.

Initiation towards learning advanced 21rst Century Skills

PM SHRI Schools as Catalysts of NEP 2025

When it comes to becoming the best in education it’s not enough to have the theoretical knowledge. In today’s age where we are growing rapidly in the development of AI-based software, applications, and advanced robotics & AI, it has become the school’s responsibility to take care of practical knowledge too. We already have the physics, chemistry, and maths labs for learning the advanced concepts of all these subjects. Now, we require a lab where we have a combination of all these labs in one room. Such labs can be created with the help of STEM Education Companies, where they provide STEM-based learning kits, and STEM labs set up for the students to learn and understand the concept of Artificial Education and robotics in a fun and interesting way.

PM SHRI Schools as Catalysts of NEP 2025
 Skill-based learning and Industrial training

PM SHRI schools are visioned to stand as models for schools that embody the principles of NEP 2025. In the end, they are building the standard for other educational institutions to follow. Their role in advancing NEP 2025 goals is multifaceted, impacting curriculum development, pedagogy, infrastructure, and policy implementation as customized curriculum and training.

PM SHRI schools are structured in such a way that schools can implement a competency-based curriculum that integrates in the classroom as interdisciplinary subjects. Experimental learning helps the students to have easy access to Hands-on activity and project-based learning.

After that language and Multilingual Education helps to Promote regional languages while ensuring expertise in global languages such as English. The technology integration for digital learning is necessary to bridge the urban-rural digital divide, PM SHRI schools incorporate cutting-edge technology into classrooms. Initiatives include:

1.  Smart Classrooms: Digital boards, AI-powered learning tools, and cloud-based resources.
1.1   Virtual Labs: Providing hands-on experiments in science and mathematics.
1.2 Ed-tech company collaboration: By shaking hands with STEM education companies and other tech companies to deliver the proper learning management system.

2.  Fostering Foundational Literacy and Calculations:
NEP 2025 places strong attention on early childhood education and PM SHRI schools are leading efforts to ensure foundational literacy and calculation among young learners through activity-based learning, parental Involvement, remedial Programs that provide additional support to students who struggle with basic literacy and calculation

  • Comprehensive and Equitable Education:

PM SHRI schools are designed to mainly focus on the schools that have weaker economic sections where they ensure the quality of education without financial constraints because at very end. Children with special needs integrate with this assistive technology where they understand and learn the facts and the trained educators can easily support them about the learning they have gained.

4. Skill-based learning and Industrial training:

To make students ready for the advanced high-tech future, PM SHRI schools focus on skill-based learning aligned with industry as they demand not only integrate subjects such as robotics Lab, AI Lab, coding, agriculture, and entrepreneurship but also respond to the collaboration with the industrial people to become more informative about the work culture because with the students also get an opportunity to be an intern who will partnerships with local businesses to provide real-world work experience.

5. Teacher Training and Professional Development:

Teachers are the backbone of education where they support and help students to learn the theory and help to perform the practical in school, and if we talk about our PM SHRI schools were we prioritize their continuous professional development and follow up with some basic tactics ongoing training workshop, AI-Enabled teaching assistants, etc,.

Challenges and the Road Ahead

While having success with successful projects, we always encounter some problems at the starting edge, just like in our PM Shri schools we face challenges in accomplishing NEP 2025 goals. Firstly, it require to resolve the problem of substructure gaps remain basic problems, particularly in rural areas where we have limited access to advanced tools and kits. Also, it observed that most of the time we have a shortage of assigned lab en charge/teacher shortages, and ensuring the recruitment and retention of quality educators is another major concern. Later on after covering all issues our main point to observe is the sustainable funding and resource allocation which are necessary to scale up the initiatives, while what is majorly required is great engagement support with parents and the community where we came to know about the benefits of modern tech approach learning.

At last, I would like to share that the outcomes from our PM Shri schools are more than the educational institution; as of now, they not only have the classes but also a transformative ecosystem that symbolizes the aspirations of NEP 2025. By using innovative teaching methods, learning a new concept becomes much easier than we can imagine. Integrating innovative methods for teaching and having online platforms to connect practical knowledge in a more advanced way to grasp the concept sets a precedent for a way to represent the future of education in India. Yes, like any other journey, this is also not easy to adapt to the culture that easily, but yes, the more challenging the journey, the more beneficial the result we are going to get. And the collaboration part with the Ed. Tech companies makes it more beneficial to adapt.
